Your panel lives on your domain, not ours
Omei is white-label, so there is no shared omei.app login. Every operator's admin panel, customer app and driver app run under their own brand and their own accounts — which is the whole point of the product.
Your admin panel
Lives at the domain we configured during launch — usually admin.yourbrand.com or yourbrand.com/admin. It is not hosted on omei.app, because the platform runs under your brand rather than ours.
Your rider and driver apps
Published in your own App Store and Google Play accounts under your company name. Search your brand name in either store, or use the install links from your launch pack.
Lost the address or locked out
Contact support with your company name and we will confirm your panel URL and reset access for a verified administrator. We never send credentials over email.
Need us to look it up?
Email hello@omei.app or call +1 (406) 418-6350 with your company name. We will confirm your panel address and, for a verified administrator on the account, restore access the same business day.
